Gnocchi are a soft, pillowy pasta often made from potato, flour, and egg. This is a very simple recipe that I love to use. While they might seem difficult to make at first, they really are pretty simple once you get the hang of it.
The other day my dear friend became ill and, naturally, I felt the need to make soup for him. I threw together some stuff together and it turned out pretty well. Today I share with you my newest creation, Chicken and Gnocchi Soup.
This delicious sauce has a smokey, cherry, and mildly spicy taste. It is made with dried New Mexico Peppers that you can find at pretty much any grocery store in the Mexican food section or in the produce section. (More info about New Mexico Peppers)
