The Perfect Burger

I recently came across an article from the New York Times that has been excited about one of my favorite foods. The article is called Deconstructing the Perfect Burger and in it (and the attached video) they show how to make two of the classic American style burgers: the bar/pub burger and the diner burger.

I’m sharing this article mostly because I watched it and thought, “Wow. I’d say I was a good cook, but I don’t know how to do this properly.” So, hopefully you’ll enjoy it too.
